Padel
Padel bookings built
around four-player reality.
Open play, partner coordination, split payments, and court labels live on the same operating calendar instead of a staff clipboard.
01 · Scheduling
Partner holds,
court truth.
Doubles is the default party size. Glass, open, indoor, and outdoor court labels sit on each row. Partner-pending holds reserve a slot while the invited player confirms.
- ●Doubles default · 4 players per slot
- ●Glass and open court labels per court
- ●Partner-pending holds before payment capture
- ●Peak and off-peak pricing windows
- ●Open play sessions beside private bookings

04 · FAQ
Padel-specific
questions.
Answers stay tied to shipped product behavior and pilot configuration.
- Can players book before all four partners confirm?
- Yes. A partner-pending hold can reserve the slot while invited players confirm. If the hold expires, the court returns to the schedule.
- Can payments be split between players?
- Yes. Lobby can send payment links per player or let one booker pay for the full court. Staff still see the payment state on the booking.
- Do court labels support glass and open courts?
- Yes. Labels are configured per court and are visible in the operator schedule and player booking flow.
- Can peak pricing differ for open play and private bookings?
- Yes. Pricing rules attach to court, time window, and booking type so open play and private booking rules can differ.
