Plain answers

The questions
behind the price.

What is the catch?
Lobby is not a marketplace and does not bring player demand. It is club software for operators who already own, or want to own, the member relationship.
What currency do you quote in?
Public pricing is displayed in EUR. Contracts can clarify tax treatment, invoicing entity, and payment schedule before rollout.
Are Stripe fees included?
No. Stripe processing fees are separate from Lobby fees and are paid to Stripe. Lobby does not mark up card processing.
Can we cancel?
The pilot has no software fee. Paid terms are agreed before rollout and can be structured month to month unless procurement requires a different contract.
What is not included?
Player acquisition, marketplace listing, custom development, historical data cleanup, and legal review beyond the standard DPA are not included in the flat software fee.
